Rhodes has got something else too. For those who like big nights out, Rhodes is home to the vibrant resort of Faliraki – a big, boisterous town with more than its fair share of pubs, bars and clubs.

Relaxing Greek getaway

If however you like your Greek getaway laid-back and easy-going, with a healthy dose of rest and relaxation thrown in to help you fully unwind, Kefalonia could be a great option. It’s a stunning island with dramatic scenery and photogenic beaches, just the ticket for those who like to take things at their own pace. It has a number of superb towns too, some small and tranquil, others with a little more buzz.
