The market presents more than 80 traders who offer you, among others, a large variety of foods including international goodies, too, like Crepes from France. The gifts on offer are as varied as the seasonal goodies. You will surely find great things for the whole family. The market is open from Monday to Wednesday from 10:00 until 20:00, from Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 until 22:00 and on Sundays from 13:00 to 18:00. (December 2012)

Christmas Wishes with Santa

Between the 1st and 24th of December the fantastic event “Christmas Wishes with Santa” takes place in McCrum’s Court, in the centre of Armagh. Santa’s workshop can be an unforgettable experience for the little ones. So, if you are traveling with the children, I suggest you not to miss this amazing event. You can make a photo with Santa and his elves, than make a wish in the Market Square which you can write on a paper and hang up.

Christmas at Aunt Sandra’s

Another fantastic event for the little ones (and not only) is Christmas at Aunt Sandra’s. Aunt Sandra’s candyland is a wonderful place to visit before Christmas. Between the 3rd and 22nd of December you can watch the process of candy making and buy fantastic gifts for the family. Santa will also attend this magical event, so get the children at Aunt Sandra’s if you want to make their Christmas unforgettable.

Santa’s “Ice Capades” at Navan

Armagh has another amazing event on offer. It is Santa’s “Ice Capades” at Navan. This fantastic grotto experience attracts dozens of visitors. Held between the 1st and 23rd of December, the event offers great activities, story telling and the opportunity to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Continental Christmas Market at Guildhall Square

Besides Belfast Christmas Market, the one at Guildhall Square is also an amazing experience. It takes place between the 1st and 22nd of December. Besides buying seasonal goodies and great gifts, visitors can take a ride on one of the amazing vintage carousels or visit the white bearded man at Santa’s snow globe.
